Sample Types
Organic compound, protein, peptide, amino acid, sugar, alkaloid, etc. Accurate mass determination, molecular formula calculation, structure calculation, detection of organic reaction intermediates.
Synthetic drugs, foods, cosmetics, paints, chemical raw materials, biological samples, herbal medicines, metabolites, pesticides; qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of related substances in various types of complex samples such as low molecular weight synthetic polymers and complex environmental samples.
Multistage mass spectrometry analysis of complex samples.
Sample requirements
Solid or lyophilized powder sample, clear solution.
Samples of solid or lyophilized powder: If the content of the main component is more than 0.1 mg (the solvent must be indicated), it is best to configure the gradient solution with concentrations of 1, 10, 100, and 1000 μg/mL.
Solution sample: 1, 10, 100, 1000 μg/mL series gradient solution (specify the concentration and reagents).
Provide relevant information of low resolution mass spectra, molecular weight range, elemental composition, possible reference structures, etc.
Samples are banned from containing volatile acids, bases, salts, trifluoroacetic acid, triethylamine, and surfactants.
