Avance III 400MHz NMR from Bruker belongs to the All-digital Fourier transform superconducting NMR spectrometer and is equipped with TCI three resonance trans ultra-low temperature probes, which can carry out routine tests of ¹H, ¹³C, ¹H-¹H NOESY, ¹H-¹H TOCSY, ¹H-¹³C HSQC, HMBC, etc. and can be carried out ¹⁵N-¹H Three-dimensional spectral test of HSQC and protein structure.

Applications

Determination of organic, inorganic, polymer, natural drugs, small molecular weight protein and other substances of the basic chemical structure, spatial structure and configuration analysis of the composition of the mixture analysis and identification of chemical reaction kinetics study on molecular vibrational/rotational spectroscopy, molecular vibrational frequency and molecular structure.

1.One-dimensional spectrum: can be used to determine ¹H, ¹³C, ¹⁵N, ³¹P, ¹⁹F, DEPT, ¹D NOSEY, ¹D ROESY, 1D TOCSY.

2.Two-dimensional spectrum: can be used for COSY, HSQC, HMQC, HMBC, NOSEY, ROESY, TOCSY.

3.Shumen and Solvent peak suppression, longitudinal relaxation time (T1) and transverse relaxation time determination (T2) and other nuclear magnetic experiment technology.
