Ultra Performance Convergence Chromatography (AcquityUPC2) is a supercritical fluid chromatography system based on UPLC technology. It is the world's first convergence chromatography system. It has a wide range of separations, good selectivity, fast peak time and high efficiency. The Q-TOF (Quadruple-Time-Of-flight) HRMS mass spectrometer(Xevo G2-XS) contains the XS collision cell, StepWave TM ion optics and QuanTof technology to deliver superior sensitivity, selectivity, and robustness with mass accuracy, analysis speed, and dynamic range to provide comprehensive qualitative and quantitative information particularly for large molecule analysis (Biologics, ADC, Biosimilars, Monoclonal Antibodies and Therapeutic Proteins).The Xevo TQ-XS instrument is the most sensitive benchtop tandem quadrupole at present. It is equipped with an enhanced detection system that features six orders of linear dynamic range to ensure accessibility to sensitivity for challenging compounds.
