Ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometer is one of the most commonly used analytical instruments in the fields of health, food safety, environmental protection, life sciences, pharmaceutical chemistry, import and export inspection and quarantine, agriculture, chemical industry and so on. The UV-Vis absorption spectrum of molecules is the absorption spectrum produced by the electron energy level transition after some groups in the molecule absorb the UV-Vis radiation. Because each substance has its own different molecular, atomic and molecular spatial structure, its absorption of light energy will not be the same. Therefore, each substance has its own unique, fixed absorption spectrum curve. The content of the substance can be judged or determined according to the absorbance at some characteristic wavelengths of the absorption spectrum. The Evolution 300 spectrophotometer incorporates a high-performance optical design, versatile software packages, and the highest quality accessories for the most demanding applications.
