The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) recently released the 2015–2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, pointing out that many people's intake less than the average or appropriate intake for some nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, iron, magnesium, calcium, vitamins A, C, D, and E. Most people have inadequate daily nutrient intake, which increases the needs for us to choose nutrient-rich, safe and healthy supplements.
It is scientifically proved that supplements can increase the content of certain vitamin and minerals effectively and safely in order to prevent certain chronic diseases. However, some supplements with low levels of vitamin or minerals do not meet the recommended intake recommended by the FDA. Long-term insufficient intake may cause vitamin-mineral deficiency diseases. If the actual content of supplements exceeds the indicated value, it may lead to exceeding the maximum tolerable intake which can also be harmful to human body.
Alfa Chemistry has systematically implemented the study of common supplements and protein powder. We have detailed and clear understanding of the quality, the physicochemical properties and the stability of supplements, with impurity control and content determination capabilities. All research reports ensure data integrity, authenticity, and reproducibility.
