Chemical testing

We provide chemical testings include benzene, chlorohydrocarbon, free formaldehyde, xylene, toluene and total VOC, migration content or total content of heavy metal (Pb, Hg, Cd etc.), phthalates, REACH Annex XVII and SVHC, ASTM D4236 LHAMA for art material, toxicity risk assessment (TRA), etc.

Physical testing

• For writing supplies: dimensional testing, functional and life span testing, pen cap safety testing, resistance to breaking and falling testing, use tests, writing tests, drying tests, pen cap safety testing, etc.

• For paper: testings for weight, thickness, smoothness, air permeability, roughness, whiteness, tensile strength, tear strength, pH value etc.

• For adhesive: testings for viscosity, cold and heat resistance, solid content, peel strength (90 degree peeling and 180 degree peeling), pH value etc.
