Salmonella is one of the bacteria that appears frequently in food and livestock. The symptomatic infection caused by Salmonella type is of high incident rate WHO indicates that the infection is usually spread by eating contaminated meat, eggs, or milk. Other foods may spread the disease if they have come into contact with manure. Salmonella can also spread from human to human, a number of pets including cats, dogs, and reptiles can carry and spread the Salmonella infection thus leads to higher infectivity.
Though it is threatened to hear about the Salmonella infection. There are ways to prevent such infections. Cooking food in a proper way and staying away from animal in incompetent health condition will definitely reduce the rate of Salmonella infection.
