Diesel is produced as a fractional distillate of crude oil and is a complex mixture of compounds spanning a range of roughly C10 to C19 hydrocarbons, varying not only with the crude oil source but also with the refining processes. It is mainly prepared from diesel fractions produced by crude oil distillation, catalytic cracking, thermal cracking, hydrocracking and petroleum coking. Diesel is widely used in transportation, construction industry, agriculture and other fields. Daily transportation vehicles use a relatively large amount of diesel, up to 30%, which has led to strict requirement for diesel quality. Different ways of use will result in different criterion of judgment. Therefore, quality testing of diesel organics is especially important here.
The diesel used has a quality problem and could not find the reason.
The purchased diesel needs to be confirmed whether it meet the requirements.
The performance of diesel is always poor and cannot be solved.
Selling a product or bidding requires a professional test report.
Existing products require comprehensive, accurate performance data.

Ordinary diesel
Heavy diesel
Biodiesel
Biodiesel blend fuels
Kinematic viscosity
Kinematic viscosity represents the viscosity of the oil. Viscosity is the main basis for the classification of fuel oil and It is also an important quality indicator.
Moisture
Moisture will reduce the heating value of fuel oil, corrosion equipment related parts.
Flash point
It is the safety index of fuel oil and also reflects the content of light components in fuel oil.
Chroma
The color of diesel can indirectly reflect the goodness and badness of diesel scouring.
Density
Density is an important measure of fuel oil composition.
Condensation point
Condensation point measures the low-temperature fluidity index of fuel oil and is the main basis for dividing the grade of diesel oil.
Acidity
It indicates the amount of acid in the fuel oil. High acidity can corrode equipment.
Distillation range
It can reflect the components of fuel oil and the quality indexes of fuel oil.
Residual carbon
The excess carbon in fuel oil indicates that the fuel can be easily oxidized to form gum or carbon deposits.
Ash
Excessive ash will cause scaling and increase equipment wear, affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Mechanical impurities
The presence of mechanical impurities will plug the oil filter, aggravating the equipment wear and affecting the combustion.
Sulfur content
The content of sulfur and its derivatives in fuel oil is an important environmental indicator.
Oxidation stability
Antioxidant ability is an important quality index of diesel oil, which can reflect the tendency of diesel to produce gum.
Cetane number
This parameter measures the ignition performance and the diesel burning capacity in the engine.
Calorific value
Calorific value is the amount of heat released when the unit weight of fuel is completely burned, indicating the level of heat energy produced by the fuel.
Metal content
It refers to the content of metal elements (Al, V, Si and others) in fuel oil. The content of these metal elements is restricted due to the fact that they can be harmful to the equipment.
