UHPLC -Ion Mobility Spectrometry- Quadrupole Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (ACQUITY I Class UPLC/2D H Class & Vion IMS QToF MS)

The ACQUITY I-Class UPLC System's holistic design is targeted for investigative analysis where maximized peak capacity, throughput, and sensitivity are critical and is perfectly suited for running any MS based applications. The system is comprised of a Binary Solvent Manager (BSM) and a Sample Manager with Flow-Through Needle (SM-FTN); this configuration offers excellent carryover performance. In addition, the System is available with a choice of column management options. Featuring new geometry and including XS Ion Optics and the QuanTof2 detection system, the Vion IMS QTof has the sensitivity and dynamic range to make ion mobility quantitative and routinely usable. And it can avoid additional confirmatory experiments by utilizing the selectivity of ion mobility.
