Alfa Chemistry is pioneering the future of precision medicine through its innovative nucleic acid drug pipeline platform. By harnessing advanced RNA technology and targeted delivery systems, we are advancing a versatile range of therapeutic candidates aimed at addressing critical unmet medical needs across multiple human organ systems.
Multi-Area Therapeutic Pipeline
The platform currently encompasses four major therapeutic directions:

- Skin Pipeline: Focused on hair loss, alopecia areata, psoriasis, and dermatitis.
- Muscle Pipeline: Targeting muscle atrophy and related muscle disorders.
- Liver-Targeted Pipeline: Exploring therapeutic opportunities for Fabry disease and liver cancer.
- Lung-Targeted Pipeline: Focused on potential treatments for lung cancer.
These programs cover different biological targets and therapeutic challenges, creating a broad foundation for the continued development of nucleic acid-based medicines.
Skin-Focused Programs
Skin diseases represent an important area for Alfa Chemistry's nucleic acid drug development. The skin pipeline includes programs for hair loss, alopecia areata, psoriasis, and dermatitis, addressing both common and difficult-to-treat dermatological conditions.
Among these programs, the hair loss candidate has advanced to the IND application stage, representing the most clinically advanced program within the current pipeline. The programs targeting alopecia areata, psoriasis, and dermatitis are currently in preclinical development, where candidate optimization and efficacy evaluation are being pursued.
Liver-Targeted Programs
Alfa Chemistry is also developing liver-targeted nucleic acid therapeutics for diseases requiring precise delivery to hepatic tissues. The current liver pipeline includes programs targeting Fabry disease and liver cancer.
The Fabry disease program is in preclinical development, while the liver cancer program has progressed to in vivo pharmacodynamic evaluation. These programs are intended to investigate how targeted nucleic acid intervention can modulate disease-associated molecular pathways and potentially provide new therapeutic approaches.
Muscle and Lung Programs
The platform extends beyond skin and liver applications to explore nucleic acid therapies for diseases affecting other tissues.
The muscle pipeline focuses on muscle atrophy and is currently at the proof-of-concept stage. Research is centered on establishing the feasibility of the therapeutic strategy and identifying evidence of biological activity.
The lung-targeted pipeline focuses on lung cancer and is likewise in the proof-of-concept stage. This program explores targeted delivery and molecular intervention strategies designed to address therapeutic challenges associated with pulmonary tumors.
A Progressive Development Pipeline
Alfa Chemistry's pipeline follows a staged development strategy, enabling candidates to advance progressively from early scientific validation toward clinical development:
The current portfolio spans several stages, providing a balanced combination of early exploratory programs and more advanced candidates. This approach allows the platform to continuously evaluate new therapeutic concepts while advancing promising candidates toward clinical translation.
