Description
Thermostable α-amylase NZs-BE-B005 is a high-performance, food-grade liquid enzyme specifically developed for efficient starch liquefaction in alcohol production, brewing, and other starch-processing industries. Produced through submerged fermentation of a carefully selected Bacillus licheniformis strain, followed by advanced purification and stabilization, this enzyme exhibits excellent dispersibility, rapid catalytic efficiency, and outstanding operational stability under industrial processing conditions. Furthermore, designed for high-temperature liquefaction systems, thermostable α-amylase NZs-BE-B005 maintains excellent enzymatic activity even under elevated processing temperatures. Its superior heat resistance minimizes enzyme deactivation during liquefaction, resulting in stable production and higher alcohol or sugar yields.

Applications
Thermostable α-amylase NZs-BE-B005 is widely used in the starch liquefaction stage of alcohol production, brewing, and other starch-processing industries. It efficiently hydrolyzes gelatinized starch into soluble dextrins, significantly reducing mash viscosity and preparing the substrate for subsequent saccharification and fermentation. The enzyme is suitable for processing a wide variety of starch-rich raw materials, including corn, cassava, wheat, rice, barley, and other cereal grains or agricultural feedstocks commonly used in industrial fermentation.
Recommended Dosage
The recommended application rate of thermostable α-amylase NZs-BE-B005 is 0.1-0.2 L per ton of dry starch raw material. The optimal dosage may vary depending on factors such as the type and quality of the raw material, starch concentration, liquefaction temperature and pH, processing time, equipment configuration, and desired degree of starch liquefaction. Small-scale laboratory or pilot trials are strongly recommended to determine the most effective and economical dosage before full-scale industrial application.
Storage
Store the product in its original sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture.
