Description

Neutral protease NZs-BE-A012 is manufactured through the submerged fermentation of Bacillus subtilis, followed by advanced purification and formulation processes to ensure high activity and stability. This enzyme efficiently catalyzes the hydrolysis of proteins into smaller peptides and free amino acids under near-neutral pH conditions. Due to its rapid catalytic performance under relatively mild processing conditions, along with its ease of control and adaptability, this product has gained wide application across multiple industries.

Applications

  • Alcoholic fermentation. It is extensively utilized in alcohol fermentation to improve nutrient availability and fermentation efficiency.
  • Silk degumming. In the textile industry, this enzyme is applied in silk degumming to selectively hydrolyze sericin, the gummy protein surrounding fibroin fibers.
  • Animal feed. When added to animal feed, it improves the digestibility of dietary proteins by converting them into smaller peptides and amino acids.

Recommended Dosage

The recommended dosage of this product ranges from 0.01 to 5 kg per ton of raw material. However, the optimal dosage may vary depending on specific application requirements, raw material specifications, desired product performance, and processing conditions such as pH, temperature, and reaction time. To achieve the best results, it is advisable to conduct preliminary trials and optimize the dosage accordingly.

Storage

Store the product in a cool, dry place, and protect it from direct sunlight to preserve its stability and enzymatic activity. The packaging should remain tightly sealed at all times, except during use. After each use, reseal the container promptly and securely to prevent exposure to moisture, air, and potential microbial contamination.
