Description
Lipase NZs-BE-D006 is a high-performance alkaline lipase specifically developed for the pulp and paper industry. It is designed to efficiently hydrolyze triglycerides, fats, waxes, resinous substances, and other lipophilic contaminants commonly found in virgin and recycled fiber pulps. By converting insoluble resin deposits into more water-dispersible compounds, the enzyme helps minimize pitch and sticky-related problems throughout the papermaking process. The product is particularly effective in recycled paper processing, including OCC (Old Corrugated Containers), MOW (Mixed Office Waste), OMG (Old Magazines), and ONP (Old Newspapers), where adhesive residues, resin particles, and stickies often reduce production efficiency and paper quality. Furthermore, lipase NZs-BE-D006 significantly lowers deposit formation on equipment, improves pulp cleanliness, and contributes to smoother machine operation. This enzymatic treatment provides an environmentally friendly alternative to excessive chemical usage while supporting sustainable papermaking practices.

Benefits
- Reduces sticky deposits generated during recycled fiber pulping.
- Supports higher production efficiency and more consistent paper quality.
- Performs effectively under neutral to alkaline processing conditions.
- Can be combined with pectinase or other specialty enzymes to enhance contaminant control and optimize the overall efficiency of pulp processing.
- Reduces reliance on harsh chemicals, contributing to greener and more sustainable production.
Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. The recommended storage temperature is below 25 °C. Keep the container tightly sealed after each use to prevent contamination and moisture absorption, thereby preserving enzyme activity. Slight sedimentation or minor changes in appearance during storage are normal and do not affect enzyme performance.
