Description
Lipase NZs-BE-D005 is a high-performance industrial-grade alkaline lipase specifically developed for detergent and industrial cleaning applications. Produced through advanced microbial fermentation and refined processing technology, this enzyme efficiently catalyzes the hydrolysis of triglycerides into glycerol and free fatty acids, enabling the rapid decomposition of stubborn grease, oils, sebum, and other lipid-based contaminants. It is designed to deliver outstanding cleaning efficiency across a broad pH and temperature range while supporting environmentally friendly detergent formulations. It enhances stain removal even under moderate washing temperatures, helping manufacturers formulate high-performance, energy-saving, and phosphate-reduced detergent products.

Key Benefits
- Outstanding removal of oil and grease stains: Lipase NZs-BE-D005 efficiently hydrolyzes triglycerides into smaller, water-soluble molecules such as diglycerides, monoglycerides, glycerol, and free fatty acids. This enzymatic action enables the effective removal of a wide variety of lipid-based stains, including body oils, sebum, cooking grease, sauces, butter, dairy residues, cosmetics, and makeup, resulting in cleaner fabrics and enhanced washing performance.
- Excellent performance under mild washing conditions: The enzyme maintains high catalytic activity across a broad temperature and pH range, delivering excellent cleaning efficiency even in low- to medium-temperature washing cycles. This allows detergent formulations to reduce dependence on harsh alkaline chemicals or high-temperature processing, helping lower energy consumption while minimizing fabric damage and color fading.
- Supports sustainable and environmentally friendly detergent formulations: By naturally breaking down grease and oils through biological catalysis, lipase NZs-BE-D005 reduces the need for excessive surfactants, phosphates, and other aggressive cleaning chemicals. This contributes to the development of eco-friendly detergent products with improved biodegradability, reduced environmental impact, and enhanced sustainability.
- Excellent compatibility with multi-enzyme formulations: Lipase NZs-BE-D005 works synergistically with other detergent enzymes such as protease, amylase, cellulase, and mannanase. The combined enzymatic system effectively targets multiple categories of stains, including proteins, starches, cellulose-based soils, gums, and fats, providing broader stain removal capability and significantly improving overall cleaning performance in premium detergent formulations.
- Versatile for household and industrial cleaning applications: Designed for both consumer and commercial use, Lipase NZs-BE-D005 is suitable for liquid detergents, washing powders, laundry pods, and industrial cleaning products. It delivers reliable performance in domestic laundry as well as large-scale professional washing operations, including hotels, restaurants, and industrial laundries where consistent removal of stubborn grease and oil stains is essential.
Application Rate
The recommended dosage is 0.2%-1.0% of the total detergent formulation, depending on the product type, enzyme system, washing conditions, and desired cleaning performance. The optimum dosage should be determined through formulation trials based on factors such as pH, washing temperature, surfactant composition, and the nature of the target stains.
Storage
Store the product in its original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment at 5-25 °C. Protect the product from direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles to maintain maximum enzyme activity. After each use, reseal the package promptly to minimize moisture absorption and contamination. Slight sedimentation or minor changes in appearance during storage are normal and do not affect enzyme performance.
