Description

Lipase NZs-BE-D002 is a high-performance feed-grade lipase enzyme specifically developed for use in animal nutrition. Produced through advanced submerged microbial fermentation followed by purification and standardized formulation, this enzyme provides consistent activity, excellent stability, and reliable performance in a wide range of feed applications. It is designed to catalyze the hydrolysis of triglycerides into glycerol and free fatty acids, significantly improving fat digestion and nutrient utilization in livestock and poultry. The product is suitable for incorporation into complete feeds, premixes, and compound feed formulations for swine, poultry, ruminants, aquaculture species, and other livestock.

Functions

Lipase NZs-BE-D002 provides multiple nutritional and production benefits for modern animal feeding programs:

  • Improves the digestibility and utilization of dietary fats, increasing the energy value of feed.
  • Supplements the natural deficiency of endogenous digestive enzymes, particularly in young or newly weaned animals.
  • Enhances nutrient digestion and absorption, supporting healthier gastrointestinal function.
  • Promotes a balanced intestinal microenvironment and contributes to improved gut health.
  • Increases feed conversion efficiency, allowing animals to obtain more energy from the same amount of feed.
  • Supports faster growth rates and improved production performance.

Application Rate

The recommended application rate of lipase NZs-BE-D002 depends on the enzyme activity, feed formulation, animal species, growth stage, and processing conditions. For products with an activity greater than 10,000 U/g, the typical dosage is 100-200 g per metric ton of complete feed, with piglets typically requiring 100-200 g/MT, while growing pigs and breeding sows typically require about 150 g/MT, and layer hens and meat ducks typically require about 200 g/MT. For products with an activity greater than 20,000 U/g, the typical dosage is 50-100 g per metric ton of complete feed, with piglets typically requiring 50-100 g/MT, while growing pigs and breeding sows typically require about 80-100 g/MT, and layer hens and meat ducks typically require about 100 g/MT. For products with an activity greater than 100,000 U/g, the typical dosage ranges from 10-20 g per metric ton of complete feed, with piglets generally requiring 10-20 g/MT, while growing pigs and breeding sows typically require around 15 g/MT, and layer hens and meat ducks typically require about 20 g/MT. For best results, the enzyme should first be premixed with a small portion of the feed before being uniformly blended into the complete feed. The optimal inclusion rate should be determined through practical feeding trials based on the specific feed ingredients, fat sources, production objectives, and management conditions.

Storage

Store the product in its original tightly sealed packaging in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment. Protect the product from direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, and moisture exposure, as these conditions may reduce enzyme activity. After each use, reseal the container promptly to prevent contamination and maintain product stability. Under the recommended storage conditions, the enzyme retains its optimum performance throughout its designated shelf life.
