Description

Glucoamylase NZs-BE-B015 is a high-performance liquid enzyme preparation produced through submerged fermentation of Aspergillus niger, followed by advanced purification and formulation technology. It is specifically designed for efficient starch hydrolysis, enabling the complete conversion of liquefied starch into fermentable glucose. This product plays a critical role in industries requiring high sugar yield and stable fermentation performance, including beer brewing, alcohol and ethanol production, and other starch-based bioconversion processes.

Recommended Usage

The optimal dosage of glucoamylase NZs-BE-B015 may vary depending on raw material composition, process conditions, and desired end product. The following general guidelines are recommended:

  • Alcohol and ethanol fermentation: For alcohol and ethanol production, the recommended dosage of glucoamylase NZs-BE-B015 is 0.6-1.0 L per ton of dry raw materials. The enzyme is typically added at the saccharification stage after pH adjustment, under optimal conditions of 58-60 °C and pH 4.0-4.5. A standard hydrolysis time of 30-60 minutes is generally sufficient to achieve efficient starch conversion into fermentable sugars.
  • Beer brewing: In beer brewing applications, the recommended dosage is 0.4-0.8 L per ton of total grist. The enzyme can be added during the mashing-in stage to improve wort fermentability.
  • Starch sugar processing: For starch-to-sugar conversion processes, the suggested dosage is 0.5-1.0 L per ton of dry starch. The enzyme should be applied under typical conditions of 60-63 °C and pH 4.3-4.5. It effectively maximizes glucose yield by ensuring more complete hydrolysis of liquefied starch, thereby improving overall conversion efficiency and product output.

Storage

To maintain optimal enzyme activity and product stability, store the product in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperatures, or humidity. Slight sedimentation or natural settling may occur during storage. This is a normal physical phenomenon and does not affect the quality, stability, or performance of the product. If necessary, gently mix or shake before use to ensure uniform consistency.
