Description
Cellulase NZs-BE-C006 is a specialized enzymatic preparation developed specifically for the processing and conditioning of tobacco leaves. It is formulated to catalyze the partial hydrolysis of cellulose, one of the primary structural polysaccharides in tobacco plant cell walls, converting it into smaller, more water-soluble sugar fragments. This controlled enzymatic action helps modify the internal structure of the leaf without over-degradation, enabling a more balanced improvement in both physical performance and sensory characteristics. The enzymatic process also contributes to the reduction of harsh or undesirable compounds that may form during traditional processing, thereby improving overall aroma quality and smoking smoothness. This product is developed using advanced biotechnology to deliver a carefully optimized blend of cellulase enzymes tailored for tobacco-based substrates. It is suitable for a wide range of tobacco types, including flue-cured tobacco, burley tobacco, and reconstituted tobacco materials.

Application Rate
The recommended application rate is 0.5-1.0 kg of enzyme preparation, which should be adjusted according to the specific processing conditions, raw material characteristics, and desired treatment intensity. For optimal performance, it is advisable to conduct small-scale trials prior to full-scale application to determine the most suitable dosage within this range. Factors such as tobacco type, moisture content, processing temperature, pH conditions, and processing duration may all influence enzyme efficiency and therefore should be taken into consideration when optimizing the final application level.
Storage
Store the product in its original, tightly sealed packaging in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment. Protect the product from direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, and moisture to preserve its enzymatic activity and long-term stability. After each use, reseal the container promptly to minimize exposure to air and contaminants. Avoid contact with heavy metals, strong oxidizing agents, and other reactive chemicals, as these substances may reduce enzyme performance.
