Description
Cellulase NZs-BE-C004 is a high-performance acid cellulase preparation specially developed for use in animal feed applications. Produced through advanced submerged fermentation of selected Trichoderma strains and refined using modern purification technology, this enzyme delivers excellent activity, stability, and consistency under a broad range of processing and digestive conditions. It is particularly suitable for improving the utilization of fibrous feed ingredients in poultry, swine, ruminants, and other livestock diets. The enzyme complex primarily hydrolyzes β-1,4-glycosidic bonds in cellulose, cereal β-glucans, and other plant fiber components. Through the synergistic action of multiple cellulase components, including endoglucanase, exoglucanase, and β-glucosidase, it effectively converts complex cellulose into fermentable sugars that animals can more readily utilize. This process helps release nutrients trapped within plant cell walls; improving overall feed digestibility and nutritional availability.

Benefits
Cellulase NZs-BE-C004 offers multiple nutritional and economic advantages throughout animal production systems:
- Improved fiber digestibility: Efficiently hydrolyzes cellulose and plant cell wall components, increasing the digestibility of fibrous feed ingredients and improving nutrient availability.
- Enhanced nutrient release: Breaks down complex plant structures to release encapsulated proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins, and minerals, maximizing feed utilization.
- Better feed conversion efficiency: Improves feed conversion ratio (FCR) by enabling animals to extract more usable nutrients from each kilogram of feed, supporting improved production performance.
- Promotes animal growth and productivity: Supports faster weight gain in growing animals while contributing to improved milk production, egg production, and overall production efficiency in livestock.
- Reduces anti-nutritional effects: Lowers intestinal digesta viscosity and helps reduce the impact of non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs), creating a healthier digestive environment.
- Supports intestinal health: Promotes a more balanced intestinal microflora, contributing to improved digestive function, nutrient absorption, and animal well-being.
- Improves feed consistency: Minimizes nutritional variation caused by differences in raw material quality, helping maintain stable feed performance between production batches.
Application Recommendation
The recommended application rate of cellulase NZs-BE-C004 varies depending on its enzyme activity level, feed formulation, and processing conditions. Generally, higher-activity preparations require lower inclusion rates. For complete feed applications, the typical dosage ranges from 5 to 25 g per metric ton of feed, adjusted according to activity specifications (e.g., higher activity enzymes require lower dosage). Generally, for enzyme activity ≥2800 U/g, 15 to 25 g of enzyme per ton of complete feed is recommended. For enzyme activity ≥5000 U/g, 10 to 20 g of enzyme per ton of complete feed is recommended. For enzyme activity ≥10000 U/g, 5 to 10 g of enzyme per ton of complete feed is recommended.
Storage
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area to maintain its stability and performance. Exposure to moisture and humid conditions should be strictly avoided, as damp environments may affect product quality. In addition, direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to heat or strong light should be prevented to minimize any potential degradation.
