Description
Cellulase NZs-BE-C003 is a high-performance liquid cellulase enzyme specially developed for the enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass in bioethanol production. It contains a carefully balanced enzyme system consisting of endoglucanase, exoglucanase, and β-glucosidase, enabling efficient degradation of cellulose into fermentable sugars. Designed for industrial biomass conversion, cellulase NZs-BE-C003 significantly improves cellulose saccharification efficiency while reducing enzyme consumption and processing costs. It helps maximize sugar release from renewable plant materials, providing a reliable enzymatic solution for sustainable biofuel manufacturing. Suitable feedstocks include, but are not limited to, corn straw, corn cob, wheat straw, rice straw, bagasse, agricultural residues, forestry residues, and other lignocellulosic biomass.

Benefits
- Higher sugar yield: Efficiently converts cellulose into fermentable glucose, increasing biomass utilization and improving ethanol productivity.
- Reduced hydrolysis time: Accelerates enzymatic saccharification, shortening production cycles and increasing plant throughput.
- Lower enzyme consumption: High catalytic efficiency helps reduce enzyme dosage while maintaining excellent conversion performance.
- Improved process flexibility: Performs effectively across various lignocellulosic feedstocks and pretreatment technologies.
- Higher solid loading capability: Supports efficient hydrolysis under high-solids conditions, contributing to higher ethanol concentrations.
- Reduced pretreatment requirements: Helps lower pretreatment severity, minimizing energy consumption and operational costs.
- Cost-effective bioethanol production: Improves overall process efficiency, helping manufacturers reduce production costs while increasing profitability.
Application Rate
A typical dosage ranges from 0.8-2.0% of the cellulose content in the lignocellulosic substrate. The optimum application rate should be determined according to the characteristics and pretreatment quality of the biomass, enzyme hydrolysis objectives, and specific process parameters, including temperature, pH, substrate concentration, and reaction time. Preliminary laboratory evaluation is recommended to establish the most economical and efficient dosage for industrial applications.
Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Keep the container tightly sealed when not in use to preserve enzyme activity.
