Description
Cellulase NZs-BE-C002 is a high-performance neutral cellulase preparation specially developed for textile bio-finishing and denim washing applications. Produced through advanced microbial fermentation and purification technology, the enzyme provides controlled hydrolysis of cellulose fibers, enabling efficient abrasion, bio-polishing, and surface refinement while minimizing damage to the fabric structure. Cellulase NZs-BE-C002 is suitable for processing a wide variety of cellulose-based textiles, including denim garments, cotton fabrics, cotton/polyester blends, hemp fabrics, viscose, lyocell, and cellulosic yarns. Compared with traditional stone washing, enzymatic washing using cellulase NZs-BE-C002 delivers a more uniform appearance, softer fabric hand, and improved process consistency while reducing mechanical damage and environmental impact.

Benefits
- Fast abrasion with excellent anti-back staining performance: It enables rapid and efficient surface abrasion while effectively minimizing back-staining, ensuring a cleaner and more controlled finishing process. This ensures stable enzymatic action and helps maintain consistent processing quality throughout the treatment cycle.
- Clean, smooth, and evenly treated fabric surface: It delivers a uniform surface finish by removing impurities and loose fibers efficiently, resulting in a cleaner, smoother, and more consistent fabric appearance with improved overall quality.
- Enhanced softness and improved hand feel: After treatment, fabrics exhibit a noticeably softer and more comfortable hand feel, significantly enhancing tactile quality and making the final textile more pleasant for end-use applications.
- Brighter, more vivid color appearance: The enzymatic process helps enhance color contrast and brightness, resulting in more vibrant, attractive, and visually appealing denim or textile products.
- Environmentally friendly and biodegradable solution: As a bio-based enzymatic product, it is fully biodegradable and environmentally friendly, supporting sustainable textile processing and reducing environmental impact without compromising performance.
Typical Applications
Cellulase NZs-BE-C002 is recommended for:
- Denim bio-washing: Creates natural stone-washed and vintage appearances without the need for pumice stones, producing even abrasion and attractive fading effects.
- Bio-polishing: Removes surface fuzz and protruding fibers from cotton and regenerated cellulose fabrics, resulting in a smoother and cleaner appearance.
- Textile surface refinement: Suitable for woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, yarns, and finished garments requiring enhanced surface quality.
Application Recommendation
For optimal performance, it is recommended to use a liquor ratio of 5:1-20:1. In denim processing applications, the suggested dosage is 0.1-0.3% owg. The typical processing time ranges from 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the desired effect and operating conditions. After use, the enzyme can be completely inactivated by either increasing the temperature above 80 °C for 10 minutes or adjusting the pH to above 8.0 for 10 minutes, ensuring reliable process control and consistent results for cellulase NZs-BE-C002.
Storage
Store the product in a tightly sealed container and keep it in a cool, dry environment. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and moisture to maintain optimal stability and performance. A small amount of sedimentation may occur during storage; this is normal and does not affect the product's quality or functional effectiveness.
