Description
β-Amylase NZs-BE-B010 is a high-performance food-grade enzyme preparation developed for efficient starch saccharification and maltose production. It is produced through advanced extraction, purification, and formulation processes, resulting in a highly active enzyme with excellent stability. Furthermore, the enzyme exhibits excellent catalytic performance over a broad operating range and performs efficiently under moderate processing temperatures and slightly acidic conditions. Its consistent activity helps improve process efficiency, increase fermentable sugar production, enhance product quality, and achieve reliable batch-to-batch consistency.

Applications
- Brewing industry: β-Amylase NZs-BE-B010 is widely applied during mashing to convert starch into fermentable maltose, improving wort fermentability and supporting stable yeast fermentation. The enzyme helps increase alcohol yield, optimize attenuation, and contribute to consistent beer quality and flavor development.
- High maltose syrup production: The enzyme is an ideal catalyst for manufacturing high-maltose syrups. By selectively releasing maltose from liquefied starch, it enables the production of syrups with high maltose content, excellent sweetness characteristics, and desirable processing properties.
Recommended Dosage
The recommended dosage is 0.1-1.5 kg of enzyme preparation per ton of dry starch. The optimum dosage depends on factors including raw material quality, starch concentration, processing temperature, reaction time, and the desired maltose yield. Small-scale trials are recommended to determine the most economical dosage for each production process.
Storage
Store the product in its original sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Under recommended storage conditions, the enzyme maintains excellent activity throughout its shelf life.
