Catalog Number CD-PL07
Description The rhodaminyl moiety is located at C(6). The product is hygroscopic. The fluorophore (5/6 isomeric mixture) is attached exclusively on the primary hydroxyl rim of the cyclodextrin, via a chemically stable thioureido group. The fluorophore labeled macrocycle content is ~ 1% w/w. The cooperative interactions of the CD-based polymeric network increase the possibility of solubilization of large substrates, while the fluorescent label makes the compound trackable. The product is highly water soluble.
