Application
XPhos Pd G3 is designed to offer a convenient dosable form for various complex chemical reactions. Each capsule contains 0.025 mmoles, allowing precise usage in reactions such as the cyanation of heterocyclic halides and the coupling of heteroaryl chlorides with polyfluoroaryl zinc reagents. This third-generation Buchwald precatalyst is also effective in the coupling of 2,6-difluorophenylboronic acid with (hetero)aryl chlorides and serves as a reliable palladium precatalyst for C-N cross-coupling reactions. Known for its air, moisture, and thermal stability, XPhos Pd G3 is highly soluble in a range of common organic solvents and exhibits long-lasting stability in solutions. Its unique features, such as lower catalyst loadings and shorter reaction times, make it an excellent reagent for Suzuki cross-coupling reactions, facilitating efficient catalytic activity and precise control of the ligand-to-palladium ratio.
