Moreover, XPhos Pd G1 is pivotal in facilitating cross-coupling reactions of electron-deficient anilines with aryl chlorides, enabling rapid C-N bond formation at low catalyst loadings and even at or below room temperature. It's also employed in the synthesis of tetracyclic indoles through intermolecular α-arylation of ketones and the cross-coupling of benzyl chlorides with cyclopropanol-derived ketone homoenolates. Additionally, this product is recognized for its role as an androgen receptor modulator in the treatment of disorders such as prostate cancer.
