Application
Methanesulfonato[2-(di-t-butylphosphino)-2'-(N,N-dimethylamino)-1,1'-biphenyl](2'-amino-1,1'-biphenyl-2-yl)palladium(II) dichloromethane adduct, min. 98% [t-BuDavePhos Palladacycle Gen. 3] is designed as a highly efficient palladium precatalyst, particularly useful for a range of cross-coupling reactions. As a third-generation Buchwald precatalyst, it offers impressive stability in air, moisture, and thermal conditions, alongside exceptional solubility in common organic solvents, ensuring longevity in solution. This product facilitates the synthesis of aryl sulfonamides through palladium-catalyzed chlorosulfonylation of arylboronic acids and supports various C-C and C-N cross-coupling reactions, such as Suzuki-Miyaura and arylation reactions involving primary and secondary amines, amides, phenols, alcohols, and tert-butyl acetate. Additionally, it is adept at promoting fluorination reactions with reduced catalyst loadings, shorter reaction times, and precise control over the ligand-to-palladium ratio, resulting in efficient formation of the active catalytic species.
