The EPhos Pd G4 serves as a Buchwald palladacycle precatalyst, specifically designed with an EPhos ligand for efficient Pd-catalyzed C-N cross-coupling. As a fourth generation Buchwald precatalyst, it improves upon its predecessors by introducing a methylated amino group on the biphenyl backbone.
