Application
BrettPhos Pd G1, Methyl t-Butyl Ether Adduct, is designed to facilitate efficient and versatile cross-coupling reactions. This Buchwald first-generation (G1) palladacycle precatalyst simplifies the generation of active Pd(0) species through base-induced deprotonation, enabling low-temperature operation. It excels in C,N-cross coupling of unprotected 3-halo-2-aminopyridines with primary and secondary amines, amination reactions, and N-arylation of aminophenols. Additionally, BrettPhos Pd G1 supports cross-coupling with aryl mesylates and electron-deficient anilines and is optimal for rapid C-N bond formation processes at low catalyst loadings. This versatility allows it to form C-C, C-N, C-O, C-F, C-CF3, and C-S bonds across various protocols.
